In the end, I believe that our communication with each other was very good. We worked very well together on the shared Word document and made improvement to each other's paragraphs along with sharing improvement ideas with one another.
This is the legacy instance that will be decommissioned in the near future. The creation of new accounts on this instance is disabled.
